WARNING
Manifold pressure gage must read zero before removing any component.
c. Open manifold bleed valves (3) to release air pressure, until manifold pressure gages (4) reads zero, before
removing any component.
d. Turn the handle of air pressure regulator valve (5) fully counterclockwise.
e. Tag and disconnect air lines (6 and 7). Remove air line (8) by disconnecting coupling (27) from coupling (28).
f. Remove four nuts (9), Iockwashers (10) and washer (11), plates (12 and 13), and spacer (14). The regulator body
(30), plate (15) and washer (16) will now be free.
g. If necessary, remove nuts (31), studs (32), nuts (33), Iockwashers (34) and washers (35) from wall.
a. Remove gages (17 and 18) from regulator body (30),
b. Remove fitting (19) and relief valve (20) from tee (21).
c. Remove tee (21) from nipple (22).
d. Remove nipple (22) and fitting (23) from tee (24).
e. Remove tee (24) from adapter (25).
f. Remove adapter (25) from nipple (26).
g. Remove nipple (26) from regulator body (30).
h. Remove coupling (28) from nipple (29).
i. Remove nipple (29) from regulator body (30).
REPAIR.
a. Replace all damaged or unserviceable components.
b. Repair leaking fittings with new antiseize tape and pipe thread sealant.
REASSEMBLY.
a. Apply antiseize tape and thread sealant on all pipe fittings.
b. Install nipple (29) into regulator body (30).
c. Install coupling (28) onto nipple (29).
d. Install nipple (26) into regulator body (30) and install adapter (25) to nipple (26).
e. Install adapter (25) into tee (24).
f. Install fitting (23) and nipple (22) into tee (24).
g. Install tee (21) on nipple (22).
h. Install relief valve (20) and fitting (19) into tee (21).
i. Install gages (17 and 18) into regulator body (30).
