CAUTION
Do not use force when removing cylinder from crankcase. Do not a How pistons to fall
against crankcase when cylinders are removed.
(11) Remove cylinder (20), gasket (21) and preformed packing (22).
(12) Carefully rotate crankshaft by hand to bring piston (25) to its uppermost position. Remove snap rings (23) and
piston pin (24) and remove piston (25).
c. Third Stage Components:
(1) Refer to Figure 2-81. Remove two nuts (1), two washers (2) and flange (3).
(2) Remove two studs (4), if necessary.
(3) Remove inlet valve (5) and discharge valve (6). Remove two preformed packings (7).
(4) Remove four nuts (8) and washers (9) and remove head (10).
(5) Remove cylinder (11) and gasket (12).
