Equipment Condition.
Power shut down (power source manual).
R.O. pump assembly belt guard and shroud removed
REMOVAL.
a.
Loosen four bolts (1) securing motor mounting plate (2) to stand (3).
b.
Loosen locknut (4) on adjusting screw (5)
.
c.
Turn adjusting bolt (5) counterclockwise until belts (6) are loose on two sheaves (7) and (8).
d.
Remove five belts (6) from two sheaves (7) and (8).
