(1)
Remove twelve nuts (1), lockwashers (2), and flat washers (3) from bottom of cover plate (6).
(2)
Remove twelve screws (4) and flat washers (5) from top of cover plate (6).
(3)
Remove cover plate (6) from frame (7).
