10. Place the remaining 3000-gallon distribution tank on top of the MF pump skid (see Figure 17).

CAUTION
The ratchet hardware on the ratchet straps that are installed over the distribution
tank must not rub against the tank. Wrap the tail end of the straps around the
metal ratchets after the strap is installed and tightened. Failure to observe this
caution may result in the ratchet rubbing a hole in the tank during movement.
