3. Remove the drive motor as follows (see Figure 2):
a. Remove the motor junction box cover. Tag and disconnect the wiring to the motor.
WARNING
Two person lift. Two people are required to remove the drive motor. Lift with your
legs, not your back. Failure to observe this warning can result in injury to
personnel and damage to equipment.
b. Remove the four nuts, flat washers, and lock washers that secure the drive motor to the
motor base and remove the motor.
