GENERAL
This work package contains information and instructions for disassembly, repair, and assembly of the high-
pressure plunger pump on the high-pressure pump module used on the Lightweight Water Purifier (LWP). This
work package is divided into servicing the discharge and inlet valves, servicing seals, and servicing plungers.
This work package is divided into four separate services for the plunger pump; valves, seals, plungers, and

Disassembly
1. Remove two Hex Socket Head screws, four screws, and six lock washers from the discharge manifold. Refer
to Figure 1.
