Let water heater cool before disconnecting fuel lines.
a. Disconnect the fuel supply and the fuel return lines of the fuel hose (3) from the
water heater. Reconnect the caps on the quick disconnect couplings for the fuel
supply and fuel return lines.
b. Drain remaining fuel in the fuel hose into the gasoline can. Remove the fuel hose
from the gasoline can. Install a cap on the gasoline can.
a. Stop the pump unit assembly by reducing engine speed to idle, closing the
fuel SHUT OFF VALVE and turning the start-magneto switch to STOP (see
