Install Gun Assembly on the Discharge Hose.
Connect hose coupling (1)
to adapter (2). Using two
adjustable wrenches,
tighten hose coupling (1) on
adapter (2). Do not over-
tighten.

WARNING
Avoid contact with the battery's positive connection at the starter
solenoid when adjusting the belt tension. Electrical shock, fire, or dam-
age to the equipment may result.
NOTE
New drive belts should be adjusted after 50 hours of use (as indicated
on the TACHOMETER-hourmeter) since they may stretch slightly.
Adjust pump drive belts, first. Then adjust alternator drive belt.
