REPAIR.
Repair is accomplished by replacement of parts.

ASSEMBLE.
(1)
Install straight pin (4) into each clevis (5) and secure with cotter pins (3).
(2)
Install three S-hooks (1) onto chains (2).
(3)
Attach three S-hooks (1) to clips (6).
