2-116. PRESSURE TUBE REPLACEMENT/REPAIR (CONT)
f. Installation (Tube 2)

Position two saddles for tube installation.

Using suitable lifting device, install tube.
3
Install two rubber strips and tube bands.
4
Install support angle. Install two bolts, flatwashers, and nuts.
5
Install U-bolt, two flatwashers, and two nuts on product manifold support.
6
Go to subpara g, step 4.
g. Installation (Tube 2 and 15)

Position two saddles for tube installation.

Using suitable lifting device, install tube.
3
Install two rubber strips and tube bands.
4
Install support angle. Install four bolts and nuts.
5
Remove lifting device from tube.
6
Install U-bolt and two nuts on inlet support manifold.
7
Install membranes. (See TM 10-4610-229-10. )
h. Installation (Tubes 11, 12, and 13)

Position saddle for tube installation.

Using suitable lifting device, install tube.
3
Install two rubber strips and tube bands.
4
Install spool mounting bracket. Install four bolts, flatwashers, and nuts.
5
Remove lifting device from tube.
6
Install bring spool assembly (para 2-112).
7
Install product spool assembly (para 2-113).
8
Install membranes. (See TM 10-4610-229-10. )
