33 Install a 12 in. headless bolt in top hole of bearing retainer as a guide for installing rotor assembly.

Install three 1/2 in.-20 eyebolts into evenly spaced holes in rotor.
NOTE
Make sure that:
· Headless screw in bearing retainer goes through corresponding holes in pedestal to aline vent
holes in both pieces.
· Driveshaft does not cock and bind bearings.
· Eyebolt shanks are long enough to clear rotorcase after rotor and shaft are installed.
35 Using a sling and suitable lifting device, install rotor assembly in pedestal.

Remove 12 in. headless bolt.

Install three bearing retainer cap bolts. Torque bolts to 54 ft lb.

Remove three eyebolts.

Lubricate labyrinth bushing with grease.

Install labyrinth bushing on rotor cover.
CAUTION
To prevent damage to pump, do not let labyrinth bushing lock during installation.

Install five bolts. Tighten bolts evenly to draw labyrinth bushing down on rotor cover.

Torque labyrinth bolts to 16 ft lb.

Lubricate rotor O-ring and O-ring bore in rotor cover with oil.

Install O-ring on lip of rotor. Install pickup tube in rotor.

Install rotor cover, alining holes in rotor cover with threaded holes in rotor.
