The chain hoist is already attached to the eyebolt (1, Figure 2-25) on top of raw water pump.

Pull down on one side of drive chain (2) to raise load hook (3). Pull down on other side of drive chain (4) to lower
load hook

Always latch the safety latches (5) after the hooks are attached to eyebolts.
NOTE
Apply silicone spray on strap ratchets and chain hoist monthly.
