WARNING
Air compressor must be shut off at control panel and air pressure must be. bled from
the manifolds and air filter. Serious injury can result from high pressure air.
a. Turn compressor ON/OFF switch (1, Figure 2-18) to OFF position.
b. Close air tank valve (2).
c. Open manifold bleed valves (3 and 4).
d. Open air filter bleed valve (5).
e. Check that air pressure reads zero on the manifold gage (6) and tank gage (7).
f. Open union (8) and remove high pressure line (9) from tee (10). Remove remaining half union (8) from high
pressure line (9) if necessary.
g. Remove other half union (8) from nipple (11) and remove from regulator.
h. Open union (12) and remove high pressure line (13) from check valve (14).
i. Remove union half (12) from tee (10). Remove tee (10) from high pressure line (13).
j. Remove remaining union half (12) from nipple (15) and nipple (15) from tee (16).
k. Remove check valve (14) from nipple (17).

Remove nipple (17) from air filter base (18).
m. Disconnect connector (19) from pressure relief valve (20).
n. Cut and remove wire ties. Undo boot (para. 2-7) and pull line into the van.
o. Remove high pressure line (21) from street elbow (22).
p. Remove street elbow (22) from fitting (23).
q. Remove fitting (23) from air filter base (18). Remove seal washer (24).
r. Open union (25) and remove from high pressure line (26).
s. Open union (27) and remove union half from line (26) PSH7.
t.
Cut wire ties and remove high pressure line (26) from unit wall.
u. Remove remaining half of union (27) from nipple (28).
