Tag and disconnect one end of the three electrical leads which pass through the circular hole in each
sensor. Refer to TM 10-4610-232-12, para. 4-10.

Remove screws (24), lockwashers (25), washers (26) and remove sensors (27).
f.
Remove power distribution block (30) as follows:
(1)
Unlatch and open the lower exterior door.
(2)
Tag and disconnect and tag all electrical wires to block (30). Refer to TM 10-4610-232-12, para. 4-10.
(3)
Remove screws (28) and washers (29) and remove power distribution block (30).
NOTE
One ground terminal board is shown on sheet 1 of Figure 2-32 and the other Is
shown on sheet 2.
g.
Remove the two terminal boards (31 thru 39) as follows:
(1)
Unlatch and open the lower exterior door.
(2)
Tag and disconnect all electrical wires to the terminal board.
(3)
Remove screw (31). End stop (32), terminal (33), end plates (34) and jumpers (35) can now be removed.
Do not remove markers (36) unless necessary. Refer to TM 10-4610-232-12, para. 4-10 for procedures.
(4)
If necessary, remove screws (37) and washers (38) and remove rail (39).
h.
Remove resistors (46, Figure 2-32, sheet 2) as follows:
(1)
Unlatch and open the lower exterior door.
(2)
Tag and disconnect all electrical wires to the resistors by removing screws (40), washers (41), lockwashers
(42) and nuts (43).
(3)
Remove capscrews (44) and washers (45) and remove resistors (46).

Remove circuit breakers (51) and panel (61) as follows:
(1)
Unlatch and open the lower exterior door.
(2)
Tag and disconnect all electrical wires to circuit breakers (51). Refer to TM 10-461-232-12, para 4-10.
(3)
Remove screws (47), washers (48), lockwashers (49) and nuts (50).
(4)
Remove circuit breakers (51). Do not disassemble further unless necessary.
(5)
Remove screw (52) and tie mount (53).
(6)
Remove capscrews (54), lockwashers (55) and washers (56).
(7)
Remove four capscrews (57), eight washers (58), four lockwashers (59) and four nuts (60) from panel (61).

(Model ROWPU-1 only) Remove screw (60A), flat washer (60B), lockwasher (60C), nut (60D) and clamp
(60E) from panel (61).

Remove panel (61).
(9)
Remove capscrews (62), lockwashers (63), washers (64) and channel (65).

Remove the five typical" motor starters (68) as follows:
(1)
Unlatch and open the lower exterior door.
(2)
Tag and disconnect all electrical wires to motor starters (68). Refer to TM 10-4610-232-12, para. 4-10.

Remove screws (66) and lockwashers (67) and remove motor starters (68).

Refer to Figure 2-33 and disassemble motor starter MS8-1M as follows:
(1)
Loosen four captive screws (1) and remove jumper wire (2).
(2)
Loosen lug captive screws (3) and press down and 'snap out" auxiliary contacts (4 and 5).
