WARNING

WARNING
Do not wear watches, rings or dog tags when working on main control panel.
WARNING
Make sure electrical power is disconnected before working on unit. Failure to do so
could result in serious injury or death from electrical shock.
NOTE
Tag all wires before disconnecting.
a. Unlatch door Iatches and open lower exterior panel door.
b. Visually check components for signs of scorching.
c. Check for loose or damaged wires.
WARNING
When the lower exterior door is open, it is possible to turn the operating shaft and
turn on the power to the main control panel. If this is done, there is extreme danger of
electrical shock sufficient to cause serious injury or death to personnel within the
ROWPU.
DISASSEMBLY.
a. Refer to Figure 2-32, sheet 1 and remove the main circuit breaker as follows:

Unlatch and open the lower exterior door.
Tag and disconnect all electrical wires to the main circuit breaker(6). Note that wires are attached to the circuit
by screws which can be accessed through openings in the front of the circuit breaker.
Remove four screws(l), washers(2) and nuts(3). Safety latch (4), spacer(5) and circuit breaker(6) are now free.
Remove setscrew (7) and operating shaft (8).
If necessary, remove four capscrews (9), Iockwasher (10), washer(11 ) and remove bracket (1 2).
