WARNING
Make sure electrical power is disconnected before working on unit. Failure to do so
could result in serious injury from electrical shock or moving parts.
WARNING
This high pressure relief valve is factory adjusted and lock wired. Do not attempt to
adjust.
a. Remove two nuts (1, Figure 2-86), Iockwashers (2), washers (3) and U-bolt (4) that hold valve(12) to bracket (13).
b. Remove four capscrews (5), washers (6), nuts (7), Iockwashers (8) and washers (9). Remove valve(12) and gasket
(10) from flange (11).
Replace high pressure relief valve 12) and gasket (10).
a. Install new gasket (10) on flange (11) and
Iockwashers (8) and washers (9).
b. Secure valve to bracket (13) with U-bolt (4),
install relief valve (12) using capscrews (5), washers (6), nuts (7),
nuts (1), lockwashers (2) and washers (3).
