NOTE
This procedure is the same for both pump covers.
a. Refer to FM 43-3 and sew patches on tears.
b. Refer to FM 43-3 and sew loose rim strip or webbing straps.
c. Refer to FM 43-3 and replace damaged or missing grommets and worn or frayed laces.
d. Refer to FM 43-3 and apply water repellant solution.
