DISASSEMBLY.
WARNING
Weight of R.O. pump motor is 251 pounds (114 kg). Attempting to
move it without proper equipment could cause serious injury. Hoist
motor with equipment rated at 1 ton or more.
a.
Remove four screws (1) and lockwashers (2), conduit box cover (3), and gasket (4). Discard gasket.
b.
Remove nut (5), ground lug (6), nut (7), and grounding stud(8).
c.
Remove four screws (9) and lockwashers (10), conduit box (11), and gasket (12). Discard gasket.
d.
Remove four screws (13) and fan cover (14).
e.
Remove three screws (15), holding clamp (16), fan (17), and woodruff key (18) from shaft of rotor (19).
