General Safety Instructions
WARNING
Drycleaning solvent, P-D-680, C II, is highly toxic and can ignite
organic materials, nitrates, carbides, and chlorates. Wear eye, skin,
and respiratory protection. Use in a well-ventilated area.
Compressed air can blow dust into the eyes. Wear eye protection.
Do not exceed 30 psi (207 kPa) air pressure.

Disassembly.
(1)
Remove four screws (1), cover (2), and gasket (3).
(2)
Remove cap (4) and insert large blade, flat tip screwdriver in screwdriver slot of shaft (5).
(3)
Holding shaft with screwdriver,
to keep it from turning, unscrew
and remove impeller (6) with a
strap wrench.
(4)
Remove rotating parts of
mechanical seal assembly;
rubber disk (7), spring (8), shaft
(9) and carbon disk (10).
