Step 1.
Check for defective electric cable.
Repair cable.
Step 2.
Check for burned out motor.
Replace chemical solution feeder (para. 4-74).
(Raider Model only) Replace chemical solution feeder
(para. 4-73.1).
Step 3.
Check for broken internal shafts or gears.
Replace chemical solution feeder (para. 4-74).
10.CHEMICAL SOLUTION FEEDER PUMPS INSUFFICIENT OR NO SOLUTION.
Step 1.
Check for exhausted solution supply.
Recharge the solution tanks (para 4-74).
Step 2.
Check for loose feed adjustment wingnuts.
Reset the feed adjustment and tighten the wingnuts.
Step 3.
Check for clogged supply lines.
Remove and clean lines.
Step 4.
Check for air leak in suction hose lines.
Tighten if loose.
Replace damaged lines (para 4-74).
Step 5.
Check for a dirty or worn poppet valve.
Clean or replace the poppet valves (para 3-43).
Step 6.
Check for a defective pump diaphragm.
Replace the pump diaphragm (para 3-43).
