Reassembly and Installation.
(1)
Install nipple (2, fig. 4-91) in valve (1) and half of union (4) on nipple (2).

Screw male half of union (4) in valve (3) and connect the union.

Screw male half of other union (4) in valve (3) and female half of union on nipple (5) and connect the
union.
(4)
Install valve (6) on nipple (5), then nipple (7) in valve (6).
(5)
Install tee (8) on nipple (7) and nipple (9) in tee (8).
(6)
Install tee (11) on nipple (9) and draincock (10) in tee (11).
(7)
Install pipe (12) in tee (11) and connect half of union (13) to pipe (12).

Position the piping assembly to the extension pipe at the bottom of the filters and unions (1 and 3, fig. 4-
51).

Connect unions (1 and 3) and tighten coupling (22) on the filter extension pipe.
(10)
Secure the filtered water piping to the floor bracket with U-bolt (21) and the two nuts (20) and washers (19).

Install the diatomite filter gages and lines (para. 4-56).
