INSPECTED REPAIRED OR ADJUSTED AVAILABLE IF B   D   A   D  W  M   Q   S   A AS NECESSARY 3)   When reservoir is completely drained, replace plug.  Wipe plug and area around plug clean. 4)   Remove and clean suction strainer. 5)   Remove filler/breather cap. 6)   Clean filter if necessary. 7)   Fill reservoir with Gulf Harmony 46 AW or military equivalent until oil level sight gauge indicates 100 percent full. 8)   Replace cap. 9)   Wipe clean reservoir and immediate area. 4 Hydraulic Check that charge pressure gauge on Power Unit hydraulic power unit reads no less than Charge Pressure 250 psi.  Minimum pressure needed for Gauge proper stroke control and makeup flow for winch circuit. 5 Hydraulic. Check hydraulic fluid level is 80 percent Power Unit or more full.  Add fluid if necessary as Level Gauge follows: WARNING Wear safety glasses when adding hydraulic fluid.  In case of eye contact, wash with lots of water.  In case of skin contact, wipe and then wash with soap and water. 1)   Remove filler/breather cap. 2)   Clean filter. 3)   Add Gulf Harmony 46AW or military equivalent hydraulic fluid until level gauge indicates 100 percent full. 4)   Replace cap. 5)   Wipe reservoir and immediate area clean. 6-4
