Remove plastic spacer.

Remove tapping screw from cap. Remove cap.

Remove two capscrews and indexing plate.

Remove spring and retaining ring.

Remove two nuts and bolts from valve housing.

Remove upper and lower housing halves.

Remove upper stem and O-ring from valve body.

Remove O-ring and lower stem from valve body.

Remove disc.

Install disc in valve body. Aline holes in disc with holes in body.

Install lower stem and O-ring.
15
Install O-ring and upper stem.
16
Install upper and lower housings on valve body.
17
Install two bolts and nuts.
18
Install retaining ring on upper stem.

Install spring.
20
Install indexing plate. Install two capscrews.
21
Install cap. Install tapping screw.
22
Install plastic spacer.
23
Install handle. Install flatwasher and screw.

Place gaskets over pipe connections, being sure they don't overhang connections.
25
Install butterfly valve.
26
Slide gaskets to center positions between valve grooves and connection grooves. No portion of
gasket should overhang grooves.
