Remove nipple from rear of valve.

Remove conduit locknut from nipple.
Valve V-4 Removal

Remove two nuts, bolts, coupling halves, and gasket from cartridge filter inlet pipe.

Remove nipple and T-pipe. Remove other nipple.
Disassembly and Assembly (All Ball Valves)

Unscrew two union nuts. Remove ball valve.

Remove two end connectors and union nuts from pretreatment assembly.

Remove two O-rings from ball valve.
4
Remove screw. Remove handle and O-ring.
5
Remove stem from valve body.
6
Remove carrier, O-ring, and ball seat.
7
Remove ball.
8
Remove and discard gasket.
9
Repeat steps 6 and 8 for other end of ball valve.
