Remove pin from compressor. Remove compressor.

Remove finger plate and diaphragm.

Install diaphragm and finger plate on valve body.

Install compressor and pin.

Install thrust bearing, shim washer, spindle, and lube fitting.

Install bonnet on valve body. Install four bolts and nuts.
13
Install plastic washer, handwheel, and cap seal on bonnet.
14
Tighten two setscrews on handwheel.
15
Install valve and nipple on pretreatment assembly.

Install two elbows and nipple.
f. Butterfly Valve Replacement/Repair

Remove two nuts and bolts from upper and lower grooved pipe couplings. Remove coupling
halves and gaskets.

Remove butterfly valve.

Remove screw and flatwasher. Remove handle.
