Fuel Level Gage Replacement
1
Remove two screws and lockwashers. Remove upper rear cover.
WARNING
To prevent electric shock, make sure battery is disconnected before performing this procedure.

Tag two wires. Remove two nuts and flatwashers. Remove wires.

Remove two nuts, lockwashers, and metal bracket.
4
Pull fuel gage through front of panel.
5
Remove resistor from back of gage.
6
Install resistor in back of gage.
7
Install fuel gage. Install bracket, two washers, and nuts.
8
Install two wires. Install two lockwashers and nuts. Remove tags.
9 Install upper rear cover. Install two lockwashers and screws.
10
Connect battery (para 2-16).
