2-109. HIGH PRESSURE PUMP ASSEMBLY REPLACEMENT (CONT)

Install three bolts in threaded holes of sheave. Tighten bolts evenly to remove pulley from bushing.

Remove three bolts from threaded holes of sheave.

Mark location of bushing on back of pump shaft.

Tap wedge in slot of bushing. Remove bushing.

Loosen hose clamps. Remove inlet hose.
7
Remove two nuts, bolts, and coupling halves from 2-inch grooved pipe coupling. Remove gasket.

Remove four mounting nuts and lockwashers.
9
Connect a suitable lifting device with sling to eyelet of water pump.
10
Remove water pump.
b. Installation

Connect suitable lifting device with sling to water pump eyelet.
2
Install water pump. Install four lockwashers and mounting nuts.
