Install inlet hose. Tighten hose clamps.

Apply thin coat of silicone lubricant to gasket lips and outside of gasket.

Place gasket over end of adapter, being sure it doesn't overhang end of connection.

Aline end of water pump manifold with adapter. Slide gasket to center position between grooves. No portion of
gasket should overhang grooves.

Place coupling halves over gasket, making sure keys are in grooves.

Install two bolts. Place nuts on bolts and hand tighten.
CAUTION
Overtightening nuts may cause gasket to pinch. Tighten nuts only until housings are firmly
together (metal-to-metal).

Tighten nuts alternately and equally until housings are firmly together.

Install bushing, alining it with mark on back of water pump shaft.

Insert three bolts through unthreaded holes in sheave.

Install sheave on bushing.
NOTE
Sheaves must be in perfect alinement. Straight edge must touch each side of both sheaves.

Using a straight edge, aline water pump sheave with drive sheave.
