2-107. HEAT EXCHANGER REPLACEMENT
a. Removal
1
Loosen hose clamps on three hoses.

Disconnect three hoses from heat exchanger.
3
Remove eight nuts, flatwashers, and mounting bolts.
4
Remove heat exchanger.
b. Installation
1 Install heat exchanger. Install eight mounting bolts, flatwashers, and nuts.
2
Install three hoses. Tighten clamps.
3
Fill cooling system (para 2-98).
