Remove three injection pump mounting screws with washers.

Remove injection pump and shims.

Installation
NOTE
Shims are needed under injection pump for correct start of delivery. Shims installed should be of
the same thickness as those removed.

Install shims and injection pump. Install three screws and washers.

Install seal on banjo bolt. Insert banjo bolt through fitting on fuel return line end. Install second seal.

Install fuel return line with banjo bolt. Do not tighten banjo bolt.

Turn decompression lever half way between 0 and 1.

Crank engine until fuel comes from banjo bolt and injection pump line without air bubbles. Tighten hollow
screw.

Check start of delivery (subpara d).

Install fuel delivery line. Install nuts.
8
Install air filter bottom. Tighten clamp.
