c. Assembly
1
Install bushings in drive housing, commutator end cover, and centering bearing.
2
Install plate, bushing, washer, and drive assembly on armature shaft.
3
Install dowel pin, stop collar, retainer ring, and bushing on armature shaft.
4
Install plunger and lever pin on shift lever.
5
Install shift lever on armature assembly.
6
Install shift lever and armature assembly in drive housing.
7
Install shift lever bolt and nut.
8
Install two plate retaining screws and lockwashers.
9
Install spring, gasket, and solenoid.
10
Install two lockwashers and bolts to secure solenoid to drive housing.
