Lift off pedestal cover with breather filter, two oil-ring retainers, and O-rings. Remove and discard pedestal cover
gasket.

Place both oil rings on drive end oil slinger to prevent them from falling when pump is turned to vertical shaft
position.

Mount pump assembly on stand.

Remove woodruff key.

Using bearing locknut torque wrench adapter, remove and discard locknut.

Remove bearing cap slinger, three bearing retainer bolts, and bearing retainer.

Lower pump to vertical position with pump shaft facing downward and rotor housing facing upward.

Remove five seal hub bolts. Remove seal hub and O-ring.

Remove 16 rotor cover cap bolts.

Install three 1/2 in.-20 UNF x 3 in. bolts in threaded holes in rotor cover. Tighten bolts evenly to remove rotor
cover from rotor.
28 Remove the three bolts. Install three 1/2 in.-20 eyebolts.

Using a sling and suitable lifting device, remove rotor cover. Remove three eyebolts.

Remove pickup tube and rotor O-ring.

Remove five labyrinth bushing mounting bolts.

Insert brass drift through bore of rotor cover. Tap lightly and remove labyrinth bushing.

Install three 1/2 in.-20 eyebolts into three evenly spaced threaded holes in rotor.

Using a sling and suitable lifting device, remove rotor, driveshaft, and bearings from pedestal.

Place rotor and driveshaft on a clean flat surface.

Remove eyebolts and install 1/2 in.-20 x 3 in. bolts.
