Connect wire to temperature gage.

Route temperature tube back to temperature sensor mounting.

Install temperature sensor. Tighten line nut.

For raw water pump assembly: Install air shrouds (para 2-34).

Install wire ties.

Aline holes on instrument panel and mounting bracket. Install four flatwashers, bolts, lockwashers, and nuts.

Connect battery (para 2-16).

Battery Indicator Gage Replacement

Remove four nuts, lockwashers, bolts, and flatwashers. Remove instrument panel from mounting bracket.
WARNING
To prevent electric shock, make sure battery is disconnected.

Tag and disconnect two wires.

Remove two nuts, lockwashers, and retaining bracket. Remove gage from front of panel.
4
Install battery indicator gage on studs. Install retaining bracket, two lockwashers, and nuts.
