2-26. FUEL TANK REPLACEMENT (CONT)

Tank Installation
1
Install fuel tank. Install two bolts, lockwashers, and nuts on top of tank.
2
Install four bolts and nuts on bottom of tank.
3
Place flatwasher on banjo bolt. Install banjo bolt through fitting on end of fuel line. Install second flatwasher.
4
Install fuel line. Tighten hollow screw.
5
Place flatwasher on banjo bolt. Install screw through fitting on end of fuel return line.
Install second
flatwasher.
6
Install fuel return line. Tighten banjo bolt.
7
Install fuel sensor lead. Install screw.
8
Fill fuel tank with diesel fuel.
