Install filter and tighten.

Install flatwasher on hollow screw. Install hollow screw through fitting on end of fuel line. Install second
flatwasher.
WARNING
Ensure fuel lines are securely connected and free of leaks. Leaking fuel can cause fire or
explosion.

Install fuel line. Tighten hollow screw.

Fill fuel tank with diesel fuel.

Sending Unit Removal

Remove screw. Disconnect fuel sensor lead.

Remove five screws. Remove sending unit and gasket. Discard gasket.

Remove float from sending unit.

Sending Unit Installation

Install float on sending unit.

Clean gasket mounting surface. Install gasket and sending unit. Install five screws.

Connect fuel sensor lead. Install screw.
