Equipment Condition:
Power shutdown.
ROWPU shutdown (TM 10-4610-232-12).
General Safety Instructions:
WARNING
Observe specific Warning in text.
WARNING
Do not disassemble gages when ROWPU is operating. Pressurized water can cause
serious personal injury.
a. Panel A
(1) Tag and disconnect three high pressure lines (1, Figure 2-21) from selector switch (2).
(2) Tag and disconnect two plastic tubes (3) from tee (4).
(3) Remove nut (5) and flat washer (6) from support rod (7).
(4) Remove two capscrews (8), lockwashers (9) and washers (10). Panel A is now free.
(5) Remove self-locking nut (11). four washers (12), nuts (13), washers (14), support rod (7) and eyebolt (15).
b. Panel B.
(1) Tag and disconnect all plastic tubing (16) from tees (17).
(2) Remove nut (18) and washer (19) from support rod (20).
(3) Remove two capscrews (21), lockwashers (22) and washers (23). Panel B is now free.
(4) Remove self-locking nut (24), four washers (25), nuts (26), washers (27), support rod (20) and eyebolt (28).
a. Disassemble Panel A as follows:
(1) Remove stainless steel tubing (29) from gage (30) and selector switch (2).
(2) Loosen setscrew (31) and remove handle (32).
(3) Remove nut (33) and remove selector switch (2).
(4) Remove elbow (34), fitting (35) and street elbow (36) from selector switch (2).
(5) Remove tee (37) from street elbow (36).
(6) Remove IWO nuts (38), two brackets (39) and remove product gage (40).
(7) Remove tee (4) from product gage (40).
