(8) Remove two nuts (41), two brackets (42) and remove high pressure gage (30) from panel (43).
(9) Remove fitting (44) from high pressure gage (30).
(10) Remove three screws (45) and self-locking nuts (46), six washers (47) and remove hinge (48) from plate (43).
b. Disassemble Panel B as follows:
NOTE
Disassembly of cartridge filter differential pressure gage and media filter differential
pressure gages are the same.
(1) Remove bezel (49) to gain access to screws (50).
(2) Remove three screws (50), nuts (51), Iockwashers (52), and washers (53).
(3) Remove gage (54) from panel (55).
(4) Remove tees (17) from gages (54).
(5) Remove three screws (56), self-locking nuts (57), six washers (58) and remove hinge (59) from plate (55).
REPAIR.
a. Check gage with dead weight tester and replace, if necessary.
b. Replace worn or leaking components.
REASSEMBLY.
NOTE
Apply antiseize tape to pipe threads before assembling components.
a. Assemble Panel B as follows:
(1) Install hinge (59) with three screws (56), self-locking nuts (57) and six washers (58).
(2) Install tees (17) on gages (54).
(3) Install gages (54) in panel (55) and secure with screws (50), nuts (51), Iockwashers (52) and washers (53).
(4) Mount bezel (49) on front of gage (54).
b. Reassemble Panel A as follows:
(1) Install hinge (48) with three screws (45), self-locking nuts (46) and six washers (47).
(2) Install fitting (44) on high pressure gage (30).
(3) Install high pressure gage (30) in panel (43). Secure with two brackets (42) and nuts (41).
(4) Install tee (4) on product gage (40).
(5) Install product gage (40) in panel (43). Secure with two brackets (39) and nuts (38).
(6) Install tee (37) in street elbow (36).
(7) Install street elbow (36), fitting (35) and elbow (34) on selector switch (2).
(8) Mount selector switch (2) on panel (43) and secure with nut (33).
(9) Install handle (32) and secure with setscrew (33).
(10) Mount stainless steel tubing (29) on gage (30) and selector switch (2).
