REMOVAL.(Refer to Figure 2-21.1)
WARNING
Do not disassemble gages when ROWPU is operating. Pressurized water can
cause serious personal injury.
a. Panel A.
a.1. Relieve all pressure from panel A by turning selector (2) to REVERSE OSMOSIS PRESSURE SELECT to OUT and
opening valve (31), then turn selector valve (2) to REVERSE OSMOSIS PRESSURE SELECT to IN and opening valve

Tag and disconnect three high pressure lines (1, Figure 2-21.1) from selector switch (2).
(2)
Tag and disconnect two plastic tubes (3) from tee (4).
(3)
Remove nut (5) and flat washer (6) from support rod (7).
(4)
Remove two capscrews (8), two lockwashers (9), and two washers (10). Panel A is now free.
(5)
Remove self-locking nut (11), five washers (12), two nuts (13), washer (14), support rod (7) and eyebolt (15).
b. Panel B.
b.1. Relieve all pressure from Panel B by opening drain valve (61) to allow pressure to bleed from lines.

Remove nut (18) and washer (19) from support rod (20).
(2)
Remove two capscrews (21), two lockwashers (22), and two washers (23). Panel B is now free.
(3)
Remove self-locking nut (24), five washers (25), two nuts (26), washer (27), support rod (20) and eyebolt (28).
DISASSEMBLY.
a.
Disassemble Panel A as follows:
(1)
Remove stainless steel tubing (29), adapter (30), valve (31), and adapter (49).
(2)
Loosen setscrew (33) and remove handle (34).
(3)
Remove nut (35) and remove selector switch (2) from panel.
(4)
Remove elbow (36), fitting (37) and street elbow (38) from selector switch (2).
(5)
Remove tee (39) from street elbow (38).
(6)
Remove valve (43), nipple (44), tee (45), and tee (4) from PRODUCT WATER PRESSURE gage (42).
(7)
Remove two nuts (40), two brackets (41) and remove PRODUCT WATER PRESSURE gage (42) from panel.
