Open the outlet covers on cover (21) and remove screw (22), cover (21) and gasket (23).

Remove two screws (24), nuts (25), lockwashers (26) and washers (27) Outlet socket (28) is now free.
d.
Disassemble the two ground fault relays (33) as follows:
(1)
Unlatch and open the lower exterior door.
(2)
Tag and disconnect all electrical wires to ground fault relays (33). Refer to para. 2-21.
(3)
Remove four screws (29), nuts (30), lockwasher (31) and washers (32). Remove ground fault relay (33).
(4)
Remove two screws (34), nuts (35), lockwashers (36) and washers (37). Cover (38) and gasket (39) are
now free.
(5)
Remove four screws (40), sealing washer (40A), nuts (41), lockwashers (42) and washers (43) and remove
bracket (44).
e.
Disassemble the selector switch (45) as follows:
(1)
Unlatch and open the lower exterior door.
(2)
Tag and disconnect electrical wires to selector switch (45, para. 2-21).
(3)
Unscrew nut on knob (46), remove lockwasher (47) and remove switch (45) and washers (48) from the door
panel.
f Disassemble the five motor starter resets as follows:
(1)
Unlatch and open the lower exterior door.
(2)
Unscrew contactor (49).
(3)
Hold reset button (50) and unscrew pushrod assembly (51). Do not disassemble pushrod assembly (51).
Reset button (50) will now be free. Remove preformed packing (52) and spring (53).
(4)
Remove nut (54). Bracket (55) and threaded bushing (56) will now be free.
g.
Disassemble six loop clamps.
(1)
Open main control panel door.
(2)
Loosen arid remove nut (57), lockwasher (58), sealing washers (59), loop clamp (60) and screw (61).
REPAIR.
Repair consists of replacement of faulty or nonserviceable components.
REASSEMBLY.
a.
Refer to Figure 2-30 and reassemble the five motor starter resets as follows:
(1)
Install threaded bushing (56) through door panel and install bracket (55) and secure with nut (54). Install
pushrod assembly (51).
(2)
Place preformed packing (52) and spring (53) on reset pushbutton (50) and screw pushbutton (50) onto
pushrod (51). Install contactor (49).
b.
Refer to Figure 2-30 and reassemble the selector switch as follows:
(1)
Place washers (48) on switch (45) and insert switch (45) through the panel door.
(2)
Install lockwasher (47) and knob (46).
(3)
Connect electrical leads to switch (45) as tagged.
c.
Reassemble the two ground fault relays (33) as follows:
(1)
Install bracket (44) arid secure with screws (40), sealing washer (40A), nuts (41), lockwashers (42) and
washers (43).
