d. Refer to Figure 2-29 and remove cycle timer (7) as follows:
(1) Unlatch door latches and open both exterior doors
(2) Tag and disconnect electrical leads from timer (7) (para. 2-21).
(3) Remove four screws (8) and star washers (9). Adapter (10) and cycle timer (7) will come off as a unit.
(4) Remove screws (11) and adapter (10) from timer (7).
e. Refer to Figure 2-29 and remove circuit breakers (12, 13 and 14) as follows:
NOTE
The following procedures apply to all three circuit breakers.
(1) Unlatch door latches and open both exterior doors.
(2) Tag and disconnect electrical leads from circuit breaker (para. 2-21).
(3) Loosen screw (15) and slide retainer (16) up to allow room for the circuit breaker to be removed. Remove circuit
breaker (12, 13 or 14).
(4) Remove adapters (17), if necessary by removing screws (18), nuts (19), Iockwashers (20) and washers (21).
(5) If necessary, remove screw (22), clamp (23), washer (24) and Iockwasher (25) and nut (26).
(6) If necessary, remove panel (32) by removing screws (27), washers (28 and 31), lockwashers (30) and nuts (29).
f. Refer to Figure 2-29 and remove terminal board as follows:
(1) Unlatch door latches and open both exterior doors.
NOTE
It is not necessary to remove the entire terminal board assembly to replace or remove
an individual terminal. Any individual terminal can be removed and replaced without
disturbing any other terminal.
(2) Remove screw (33), end strip (34), terminal, jumper (36) and end plate (37). (Refer to TM 10-4610-232-12,
para. 4-10.)
(3) If all terminals are removed, rail (38) can be removed by removing screw (39) and washer (40).
g. Refer to Figure 2-29 and remove upper interior panel (44) as follows:
(1) Remove six capscrews (41), Iockwashers (42) and washers (43).
(2) Remove upper interior panel (44) from main control panel.
REPAIR.
Repair by replacing damaged components.
NOTE
Varnish all electrical connections that were removed.
a. Refer to Figure 2-29 and install upper interior panel (44) as follows:
(1) Position upper interior panel (44) on main control panel.
(2) Secure upper interior panel (44) with six washers (43), Iockwashers (42) and capscrews (41).
