Refer to Figure 2-29 and install terminal board as follows:
(1)
Install rail (38) and secure with screw(39) and washer (40).
(2)
Install all end plates (37), terminals (35), jumpers (36), end stops (34) and secure with screws (33). The
terminals snap onto rail (38). (Refer to TM 10-4610-232-12, para. 4-10.) (3) Close and latch control panel
doors.

Refer to Figure 2-29 and install circuit breakers (12, 13 and 14) as follows:
(1)
If removed, install panel (32) using screws (27), washers (28 and 31), lockwashers (30) and nuts (29).
(2)
If removed, install clamp (23) using screw (22), washer (24), lockwasher (25) and nut (26).
(3)
Install adapter (17) on panel (32) using screws (18), nuts (19), lockwashers (20) and washers (21).
(4)
Install circuit breakers (12, 13 and 14) on adapters (17) and secure with screws (15) and plates (16).
(5)
Connect electrical leads to circuit breakers (12, 13 and 14) as tagged.
(6)
Close and latch control panel doors.

Refer to Figure 2-29 and install cycle timer (7) as follows:
(1)
Install adapter (10) on timer (7) and secure with screws (11).
(2)
Install timer (7) using screws (8) and washers (9).
(3)
Install electrical leads on timer (7) as tagged.
(4)
Close and latch control panel doors.

Refer to Figure 4-29 and install power supplies (5 and 6) as follows:
(1)
Install power supplies (5 and 6) and secure with screws (2) and washers (3).
(2)
Connect electrical wires as tagged.
(3)
Close and latch control panel doors.

Refer to Figure 2-29 and install timers (4) as follows:
(1)
Install timers (4) and secure with screws (2) and washers (3).
(2)
Connect electrical wires as tagged.
(3)
Close and latch control panel doors.
