(1) If removed, install rail (39) and secure with screws (37) and washers (38).
(2) Install end plates (34), terminals (33). end stops (32), screws (31) and jumpers (35). Refer to TM 10-4610-232-
12, para. 4-10.
(3) Connect all electrical wires to terminal board as tagged. Refer to para. 2-21.
(4) Close and latch lower exterior door.
j. Refer to Figure 2-32, sheet 1 and install power distribution block (30) as follows:
(1) Install power distribution block (30). Secure with screws (28) and washers (29).
(2) Connect all electrical wires to block (30) as tagged. Refer to para. 2-21.
(3) Close and latch lower exterior door.
NOTE
One ground fault sensor is shown on sheet 1 of Figure 2-32 and the other is shown
on sheet 2.
k. Install two ground fault sensors (27) as follows:
(1) Install sensors (27), secure with screws (24), lockwashers (25) and washers (26).
(2) Connect all electrical leads which pass through the circular hole in each sensor. Refer to para. 2-21.
(3) Connect all electrical wires to ground fault sensor (27) as tagged. Refer to para. 2-21.
(4) Close and latch lower exterior door.
l. Install transformer (23) as follows:
(1) Install transformer (23). Secure with four capscrews (20). lockwashers (21) and washers (22).
(2) Connect all electrical wires to transformer (23) as tagged. Refer to para. 2-21.
(3) Close and latch lower exterior door.
m. Install transformer (19) as follows:
(1) Install transformer (19). Secure with capscrews (16), lockwashers (17) and washers (18).
(2) Connect all electrical wires to transformer (19) as tagged. Refer to para. 2-21.
(3) Close and latch lower exterior door.
n. Install ground bus (15) as follows:
(1) Install ground bus (15). Secure with screws (13) and washers (14).
(2) Connect all electrical wires to ground bus (15). Refer to para. 2-21).
(3) Close and latch lower exterior door.
o. Install main circuit breaker as follows:
(1) If removed, install bracket (12). Secure with capsrews (9), lockwashers (10) and washers (11).
(2) Install operating shaft (8) and secure with setscrew (7).
(3) Install circuit breaker (6), spacer (5), safety latch (4). Secure with screws (1), washers (2) and nuts (3).
(4) Connect all electrical wires to the main circuit breaker (6) as tagged. Refer to para. 2-21.
(5) Close and latch the lower exterior door.
