WARNING
Drycleaning solvent, P-D-680, used to clean parts is potentially dangerous to personnel and property.
Wear chemical resistant gloves when using solvents, and avoid repeated or prolonged skin contact.
Do not use near open flame or excessive heat. Flash point of solvent is 100 degrees F to 138
degrees F (38 degrees C to 59 degrees C).

Cleaning. Clean all parts with drycleaning solvent.
c.
Inspection. Inspect exhaust stack pipe for cracks, holes, and rust, and the seal for cracks and brittleness.
3-18. VAN BODY REFLECTORS.
a.
General. There are eight reflectors on the water purification unit van body; four red ones are mounted on the
rear of the van body and four amber ones on the front. All light reflectors are removed and installed in the same manner.
b.
Removal.
(1) Remove two screws (3, fig. 4-32) and washers (2) securing the reflector (1) to van body.
(2) Pry reflector from van body with screwdriver.
c.
Clean, Inspect and Replace.
