Check and maintain the crankcase venti-
lation system as follows:
1)
Empty and clean glass collecting bowl
located at bottom of filtering system.
(a) Remove bowl by pulling down
metal tab of cage holding the
bowl.
(b) Unsnap wire cage on each side of
bowl bottom.
(c) Remove bowl, wipe with clean
cloth. Do not use abrasives.
(d) Replace bowl in reverse order.
2)
Change engine crankcase filter sys-
tem vapor filter element.
(a)
Snap off two metal clips on top of
filter body.
(b)
Lift off top and replace element.
Discard and replace with new ele-
ment.
(c) Reinstall in reverse order.

CAUTION
Never add coolant to an overheated engine.
Allow engine to cool first.

Check engine coolant level and add as
required.
1)
Mix antifreeze to provide protection to
the lowest expected ambient temper-
ature.
NOTE
When filling cooling system, allow for
addition of conditioner.
