2-66. SKID-MOUNTED PRETREATMENT ASSEMBLY REPAIR (CONT)

Remove two nuts, flatwashers, lockwashers, U-bolt, and bracket.

Remove two nuts, lockwashers, and bolts at top of support frame.

Loosen two nuts at bottom of support frame.

Move support frame away from safety relief valve.

Remove safety relief valve from T-pipe reducer.
7
Remove hood and 0-ring.
8
Loosen nut and remove pressure screw. Remove nut.
9
Remove cap.
CAUTION
To prevent damage, do not drop ball when removing spring assembly.

Remove spring assembly from body.
11
Remove spring plate and stem from spring.
12
Remove ball, stem retainer, stem washer, and spring plate from spring.
13
Install ball in body.
