Install spring plate, stem washer, and stem retainer in spring.

Install stem in spring. Install spring plate.

Install spring assembly in body.

Install cap on body.

Install nut and pressure screw.

Install O-ring and hood.

Install safety relief valve on T-pipe reducer.

Pivot support frame.

Install two bolts, lockwashers, and nuts at top of support frame.

Tighten two nuts at bottom of support frame.

Install U-bolt around relief valve. Insert it through bracket and holes on frame. Install two
lockwashers, flatwashers, and nuts.

Install nipple, elbow, and pipe on safety relief valve.
c. Ball Valve Replacement/Repair
Valves V-1, V-2, and V-3 Removal

Remove elbow from rear of valve. Loosen conduit locknut.
