2-122. PRIMING KIT REPLACEMENT/REPAIR (CONT)
a. Removal
1
Remove foot valve from water source.
2
Remove 3/4 in. hose from foot valve.
3
Remove strainer from water source.
b. Disassembly
1
Remove 3/4 in. hose section from priming pump.
2
Remove strainer from 3/4 in. hose section.
3
Remove other 3/4 in. hose section from priming pump.
c. Assembly
1
Install strainer on 3/4 in. hose section.
2
Install other end of hose on priming pump.
3
Install other 3/4 in. hose section on priming pump.
d. Installation
1
Install 3/4 in. hose section to foot valve nipple. Place foot valve in water source.

Place strainer in water source.
