11. With one person inside the operator station area and another outside, feed the power cable
through the skid frame and coil it on top of the BII box and buckets (see Figure 6). Be sure the
coiled-up cable does not stick outside the skid frame.

12. Place one of the 3,000-gallon distribution tanks on top of the power cable (see Figure 7):
