ASSEMBLY
1.
Position check (flapper) valve (4) on body (5), with hinged flap of valve aligned with one bolt hole in body.

FLAP WITH
ONE BOLT HOLE

Position plate (3) on top of check (flapper) valve (4), with grooved surface of plate facing check valve.

Position head (2) on plate (3).
NOTE
Eyebolt is installed in bolt hole that is aligned with hinged flap of check valve.

If removed, install nut (7) and flatwasher (6) on eyebolt (8). Install eyebolt through body (5) and head (2) with new lock-
washer (1) and nut (12). Do NOT fully tighten nut.
